Where to Stay in Sunny Beach – Best Accommodations

Sunny Beach is a resort on the Black Sea that attracts sun-seeking tourists to Bulgaria every year. Travelers arrive here through organized tours or on their own. If you opt for the latter, be sure to read my post on accommodations in Sunny Beach. 

Where to stay in Sunny Beach? 

You have numerous options, from luxurious hotels with pools, all-inclusive options, and all amenities, to more modest but well-rated choices. You can choose a central location, right by the beach, or in a quiet area away from crowds and busy roads.

Best Hotels 

Helena Sands is a luxurious 5-star hotel with a spa center, 2 pools, and 3 restaurants, including the Royal Palace serving buffet-style breakfasts and dinners. Boutique Apart Hotel Versis is a 5-star property with a remarkable 9.7 rating on Booking.com, located just a 10-minute walk from the city center. It offers an outdoor pool, garden, and sun terrace. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a seating area, a bathroom, and a balcony with a pool view. Some options also include rooms with a kitchen or kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, or electric kettle. Guests appreciate the high-quality facilities and helpful staff.

Sweet Homes 6 Apartments, less than a kilometer from the main attractions of Sunny Beach, offers free parking, a playground, a garden, and a beautiful pool with comfortable sunbeds. The apartments provide a seating area with a TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bidet and complimentary toiletries. Guests also have access to a terrace, and all rooms feature a balcony with a pool view. 

Beachfront Smart Homes by Marty’s surprises guests with a voice-controlled Alexa smart home system. Additionally, the complex provides free WiFi, private parking, air conditioning, an outdoor pool, and a terrace. A delicious continental breakfast is served daily. The apartments are steps away from Sunny Beach and have their own beach with sunbeds. Inside, you’ll find a seating area with a TV, a kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a balcony with a sea view. The property boasts a high guest rating of 9.6 on Booking.com. 

Oasis Beach Studios is situated in Sunny Beach, about 4 km from the city center, right on the sandy beach. The complex offers air-conditioned apartments with balconies and sea views. On-site, you’ll find a restaurant, and for an additional fee, you can use the gym, get a massage, or rent a car. Water enthusiasts will appreciate the free bus to the Aqua Paradise water park nearby. 

Izida Palace Apartments feature a restaurant, bar, outdoor pool, sauna, garden, terrace, and private parking. The apartments are well-equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom, and a balcony. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle.
