Weather in Tenerife in December

Did you know that Tenerife enjoys great weather 365 days a year? December is no exception in this regard! It’s a truly remarkable time when hot summer-like days are combined with slightly cooler evenings. Imagine winter at 24°C, sounds absurd, yet it turns out to be true! If you like to have new experiences, holidays in Tenerife may prove to be extremely attractive for you! Imagine warm evenings spent walking around the area of your hotel and listening to Spanish carols… It sounds amazing, and best of all – it’s right at your fingertips!

But what do you mean, Christmas without snow? To all those who are numb with indignation at the very thought of this, we remind you – in recent years, Polish winter also cannot boast a snowy landscape, so it is worth throwing all stereotypes out of your head and start trying new things! You will be surprised when you see what Christmas looks like in Tenerife! The Christmas atmosphere can be felt as early as November, and on Christmas Eve all the previously crowded places even shine empty. Although Spaniards do not pay much attention to this holiday, during its duration, in a strange way, the cities fall into a quiet sleep, which ends with the arrival of the next day.

Tenerife – What Kind of Weather in December?

Anyone who has been to the island of eternal spring in winter knows that December and perfect weather go hand in hand. Tenerife is a remarkable place that does not lose its appeal regardless of the ongoing season. December is an extremely pleasant month, both in terms of the climate and the weather there. The holidays are coming soon, and you are free to lounge on the beach enjoying the hot rays of the sun. It’s remarkable how different winter is on the island of eternal spring, compared to that of Poland.

Toward evening it gets a little colder – but this is not a problem, after all, during the holidays almost everyone expects low temperatures, which is no bad thing during this period. It’s a good time for strolling through the streets of the city, all you need is the right clothing to feel comfortable after sunset. The main attractions in winter in the towns? It’s certainly the carolers, who effectively highlight the Christmas atmosphere!
